Buying and selling real estate, either for personal use such as your "homestead" and personal residence, or as an investment property that will be leased for a period of years and  later sold off  in the future, can be a complex and exhausting task, with so much information to be aware of before, during, and after the processes are complete.

 This page is designed to provide you with some information in areas in which you may be less familiar. Simply select the topics you'd like some information about, and we'll send them to you.

I have been assisting many families with both their purchases and sales of residential real estate, including preowned homes, new homes, custom homes, builders model homes, luxury homes, garden homes or zero-lot line homes, foreclosures, REO properties, homes on acreage, country estate properties, estate lots, farm and ranch properties, land, homes in gated and guarded communities, townhouses and condos, and everything in between, since 1980 in many Collin County and DFW Market areas, and have most likely encountered  just about every situation that  can come up in both of these processes, dozens of times.  So, I will most likely be able to answer any question for you that you do not see on these web pages.
