  9.  I won't waste your time, - when an offer is made, I'll request acceptance or a counter offer within a 24 to 72 hour time period or appropriate time period for the type of transaction,  follow-up with the appropriate parties, keeping you informed of the process and details.  In addition, I will keep you informed of all critical dates and time periods as well as appropriate forms that need to be executed and delivered to the other party so that your transaction process moves forward appropriately.
