Why Not SELL-ebrate 2011 With A New Home
December 30th, 2010 3:03 PM

Happy New Year and best wishes for a warm and happy 2011!  Yes, it is hard to believe another year has slipped by.  But, lets all say a final "Good Bye to 2010" and look forward to the future as we Celebrate the New Year, 2011.

Why not SELL-ebrate the New Year with a brand new home?

Have you been thinking about selling or buying a home and putting it off?  Don't let another year go by...right NOW is the best time to make that move you have been wanting to make.

With interest rates at all time lows and great buying opportunities available in many wonderful Collin County and North Texas communities like Fairview, Parker, Prosper, Frisco, Wylie, Allen, Celina, Plano, Melissa, Mckinney and Lavon that offer both quality built preowned houses and new custom homes as well as exemplary or recognized school districts, it is definitely a great time to make a move forward in 2011 with buying or selling a home in these wonderful local markets that continue to make the national news as some of the best areas in the country nationwide for residential real estate and for just simply being great places to live, enjoy and invest your home buying dollars wisely.

Maybe your family size or lifestyle has changed over the last few years and your existing home, floorplan or location no longer meets your needs to be able to fully enjoy your family's lifestyle.  Or, perhaps, you are just ready for a change, something new and exciting, and want a larger home or new or newer custom home that has more rooms and features for special purposes, a larger acreage estate lot, or is in a community and location that is more convenient to desired schools, employment or closer to other family members.

If your present residence no longer meets you and your family's needs and lifestyle, then you are not getting the most value for your money in what it is costing you to live there, and a move should be in your future to maximize your home ownership dollars more effectively in 2011.  If the house is too small and you can afford more than what you are currently spending, then you are not getting the maximum enjoyment for your money and giving up too many extra benefits of having the space and features you want and need during the years when your family really needs these the most.

If it is too large, you are spending more for housing when you could invest the savings in income producing properties or other investments for retirement by downsizing from an estate size or castle type property with more space and land than you use and extra maintenance to a cozy cottage, zero-lot line home or townhouse in a gated or active adult community for active seniors.

Whatever the reason, now it the right time to put your real estate move at the top of your priority list when you make your New Year's Resolutions for 2011; and when you do, don't forget to also add "Call Jeanie Elliott Today At 972-612-2277" to your Resolutions priority list to discuss your real estate buying, selling and moving plans.
